Ice pack add-on for final, ambient mile on your order's journey.

Ice pack price is $20/order, regardless of order size or destination. After temp-controlled movement to your local temp-controlled hub, ice packs will be added to shipments immediately before taping the box closed when the carrier of your choice arrives, and will remain cool for up to 96 hours (depending on local conditions).

Depending on destination temperatures and number of delivery attempts, they are not a guarantee. Customers assume risk of damage to shipments after the first delivery attempt.
