Choose this option to have your order enrolled in our $5/order per quarter long-term, temperature-controlled storage subscription.

Details:

1. COST: $5/order due quarterly regardless of order size or when the order was placed. I.E., an order placed February 20 (middle of Q1) will be charged a $5 fee to cover in-and-out and storage fees. The next $5/order fee occurs April 15th for Q2 storage.
   
2. LTS subscription fees for enrolled orders are billed quarterly on January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 regardless of when the order was placed into subscription. Orders removed from long-term storage prior to these quarterly billing dates will not be charged.
3. LTS Removal: to have an order in LTS shipped to you, simply login to your Account page on our website and request shipping for the order. Shipping functionality is being developed now and expected to be available later this year.
