This is a gorgeously structured Cab Sauv from a prestigious house in the heart of Napa Valley for almost 80% OFF. Lot 490 is a 100% estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot woven in. It's the same wine as our source's estate Cab that commands $120/bottle, $1440/case under its original label.

This sumptuous Cabernet opens with a rich bouquet of ripe plums, cassis, and black cherries, elegantly framed by notes of cedar, violets, and crushed gravel. Upon entry, the wine reveals a complex interplay of terroir-driven dark fruits, peppercorn, leather, and earth, bolstered by medium+ acidity and fresh tannins, making for an incredibly structured wine. The finish is long and dry, with delicately spiced red-to-black fruit complemented by nuances of vanilla bean and cedar shavings.
