OG N.56 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 12-bottle case SHIPS LATE OCTOBER
Sourced from one of the small, boutique Sonoma producer's that put cool-climate, racy, nervy Pinot Noir on the map with critics over the last 15 years. This is beautifully put together and will age well over the next decade. Was $60+, now $12/bottle, $144/case.
Pale-to-medium-ruby in the glass with cola spice, rainier cherry and wild strawberry fruit framed by dark earth and truffle/mushroom notes. Supple on entry turning firm on the mid-palate with cool-climate minerality melding with partial stem-inclusion tannin's providing a solid backbone with plenty of length and structure. Fleshy and juicy throughout with cherry fruit and cola spice riding lip-smacking acidity into a nice, long finish. The mid-palate is just beginning to unfurl and with five weeks in the bottle now its actually showing quite well. Should be fantastic by the time it ships to you.
