Lot 539 is a supremely refreshing, fully expressive beauty fermented in stainless steel. Boasting a flavor profile rarely experienced elsewhere, it’s a testament to the wine’s terroir and sense of place. With only a handful of wineries bottling a 100% Sauvignon Blanc at this level in the Russian River Valley we have to be extra careful here to protect our source, but this is a highly-anticipated annual release that routinely lands in the mid-90s.

Opening with an elegant nose of jasmine blossom, lemongrass, lemon oil, and subtle matcha layered over a core of slate-driven minerality, the palate showcases impressive texture and precision, with medium+ acidity and notes of citrus essence, saline, and delicate spice enhancing the wine’s mineral backbone. The finish is clean and cohesive, echoing with wet river stone, citrus umami, and gentle thread of ginger-like spice. A truly unique experience in every sip.

Great summer sipper

"This is the perfect wine for summer evenings. Great to enjoy on your porch or by the pool."

Light and crisp

"Very nice Sav-Blanc. Light and crisp, enjoyed alone and with a meal. Will order more for the upcoming season."

Jennifer P. (5/5)

Lovely match to citrusy, saffron salmon

"We paired this Sauvignon Blanc with salmon cooked with citrus and saffron. It easily handled the acidity in the dish while complementing the saffron and salmon"

Joseph M. (4/5)

Delicious

"Not a big white wine fan but this was delicious!"

Rupal P. (5/5)

Nice summer white, a little demure

"I'm a big fan of a 40-something degree white with a singing nose. This doesn't quite meet me there. Its a classic s blanc. Decent acidity driving unripe stonefruit and a wisp of lemon. I like to feel like i'm licking a hunk of wet slate and this falls just short of that. Luckily not very cat urine-y. Overall a nice summer sipper that can be had a 33 degrees and not feel like youre missing out."

Colin H. (4/5)

Delicious!

"de Negoce has been crushing the Sauvignon Blancs for a while now and this one is no different. It's balanced, tasty and elegant. So easy to drink. The only problem is it comes in single-serving containers!!"

M.A. O. (5/5)

Can’t go wrong

"Never had a bad bottle of Savblanc from you folks"

Brian C. (5/5)

"Very nice, crisp flavored sauv blanc"

Darcey K. (5/5)

Excellent Sauv Blanc

"You cannot beat the price for the excellent wines that DeNegoce finds. We started buying when DeNegoce started and have not been disappointed. The write ups about the wines are very good and you can figure out if the wine is personally a good selection. We have rarely been disappointed."
