Crafted to showcase varietal purity and terroir, it’s fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel, producing a complex bouquet of aromas, tropical fruit flavors, racy acidity, and flashes of minerality – everything you want in a top shelf Sauvignon Blanc.

Aromatically poised and expressive, an elegant, uplifted nose awakens the senses with Kaffir leaf, jasmine florals, river stones, tropical fruit, and subtle eucalyptus.
