This love letter to white Burgundy is a culmination of winemaking wisdom passed down generation after generation, showcasing American fruit with a strong European soul. Aged in 100% neutral French oak, it possesses a finesse style and oozes purity.

A sophisticated bouquet of golden apple, earthy morels, white rose petals, and Asian pear is accented by hints of apricot. "Lot 521 is fantastic; one of our favorites from de Negoce. It starts with a very floral but citrus-y nose which is accentuated on the palate. On the palate more citrus, think Meyer lemon, comes through but with some sweetness and oak. This is a big chardonnay in that the finish reveals a tremendous, mouth-filling body."
