The entry is vibrant and uplifted, with a dry laser beam of acidity slicing through apples and pears that’s softened by a bit of sur lie aging. As the wine evolves, it crescendos to a finish of white blossoms and zesty lemon curd that settles into a delicate, ethereal vanilla bean that persists on the palate long after the last sip. "A scintillating invitation of gooseberry and green melon leaps out of the glass, gracefully interwoven with apple and citrus blossoms. Immaculate on the entry, it awakens the palate with supple texture and minerality framed by medium+ acidity, followed by nuances of slate and fresh limes. The finish is pristine, fresh, and further accentuates the palate profile with its lingering intensity. Gorgeous now, but the ceiling of its elegance will only rise in the years to come."
