2019 Russian River Sauvignon Blanc

This is a fantastically quaffable Sauvignon Blanc. A combination of stainless steel and barrel-fermentation, its absolutely redolent with quince, guava, key lime and a kiss on banana oil all haloed with powdered blossoms dripping with honey and toasty oak. Soft, generous and juicy on entry with ample support from chalk acidity. Finishes with a flourish of stone fruit, apple skin and pretty minerality. Deeeeelicious.
