Each sampler pack contains 1 bottle each of the following:

Lot 454 | 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
"Classic Napa Valley on the nose, with red-to-black fruits, graphite, eucalyptus, and clay pot in a dusty presentation with youthful spices. The palate showcases incredible structure for its youth, with cherries, currant, and cedar leading into toffee and vanilla amidst medium acidity and fresh, grippy tannins. The finish is powerful, with red fruit umami sliced by vanilla bean and baking spice - the perfect Cab for the perfect steak."

Lot 451 | 2023 Oak Knoll Chardonnay
"Golden on the pour, the nose is richly scented with classic apples and pears wrapped around a lemon rind core, kissed by butter and baking spice. On the palate, expertly weighted texture showcases medium acidity and beautiful structure, allowing the fruit to shine with perfectly integrated barrel spice components. The finish is delicately presented and persists with incredible length, with clean minerality dispersing florals and citrus before settling into a classic California umami of butter, brioche, and toast."

Lot 461 | 2023 Napa Carneros Pinot Grigio
"The wine awakens the senses with a harmony of guava, pears, peaches, freshly sliced apples, and floral notes on the nose. Palate entry is well-balanced and a touch creamy, opening with Meyer lemons, citrus blossoms, and stone fruit ensconced within uplifted acidity and a crystalline minerality. The finish is long, clean, and expressive, closing with a lingering embrace of spiced apples. Immensely refreshing and highly quaffable, this will both satisfy the veterans among you and also set the Pinot Grigio bar very high for the first-timers."

Lot 434 | 2022 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
"The wine opens with a captivating bouquet that seamlessly interweaves cherries, cola, cinnamon, and clove. Hints of brown sugar and truffle lend an air of refinement, haloed by potting soil and tobacco leaf. The palate is lively, showing a medium+ cranberry-like acidity and small, grippy, perfectly integrated tannins framing additional cherries and wild blueberry. The exit is vanilla-flecked with refined cooperage barrel spice, with a delicate interplay of cherry and mushroom umami underscored by the lingering presence of fresh-sliced vanilla beans. A beautiful showcase of the artistry of its makers."

Lot 447 | 2022 Red Hills Cabernet Sauvignon
"Dynamic nose of black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, new leather, with roasted red bell peppers underpinned. Fully integrated on the palate, incredible structure, and juicy, dark red fruits are framed by good acidity and grippy, plush tannins. The wine is still a touch youthful, however, waiting to fully unfold. The finish is dry and resonant with red-to-black fruit and dried herbs that carry on with great length amidst flecks of vanilla."

Lot 463 | 2023 Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc
"A scintillating invitation of gooseberry and green melon leaps out of the glass, gracefully interwoven with apple and citrus blossoms. Immaculate on the entry, it awakens the palate with supple texture and minerality framed by medium+ acidity, followed by nuances of slate and fresh limes. The finish is pristine, fresh, and further accentuates the palate profile with its lingering intensity. Gorgeous now, but the ceiling of its elegance will only rise in the years to come."

Lot 456 | 2022 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
"Pouring a beautiful dark color in the glass, the wine boasts a captivating depth and concentration, revealing a welcoming bouquet of cherry, boysenberry, dried herbs, and leather. On the palate, dark fruits mingle with cherry-like acidity, wet gravel minerality, and a hint of peppercorn spice, leading to polished-yet-grippy tannins. The finish is enduring, barrel-focused in its youth with toffee, vanilla, and nutmeg overlaying umami-rich black fruit that promises plenty of complexity yet to come with bottle aging."

Lot 449 | 2023 Monterey County Rosé of Pinot Noir
"This beautifully tinted wine checks every box on the Rosé list as soon as the aromas hit your nose – strawberries, cherries, and earthy tones are backed by a dried herb bouquet. The palate entry is lively and bright, with additional strawberries cascading across the palate quickly followed by mouthwatering, stony acidity. The finish is bone dry, long and uplifted with delicate red fruits and earth – an utterly quaffable experience."

Lot 353 | 2021 Single-Vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz
"Opaque in the glass with a little magenta around the rim. Mulberry, reduced plum, and blackberry fruit are vibrant and ethereal riding cracked pepper and leather notes. Graham cracker, creme de cassis, and powdered lilac and sous bois florals further complex the bouquet. Smooth, muscular and precise on entry with crunchy red fruits and mulberry notes over a granitic, minerally spine that gives the wine excellent tension and verve. Sexy, ethereal and elegant with excellent purity, this is world-class, high-elevation Shiraz deftly produced by masters of the craft."

Lot 452 | 2023 Sonoma County Chardonnay
"An array of aromatics emerge from the glass – Asian pear and vanilla blossoms intermingle with the fresh scent of yellow apple, followed by hints of melon. The entry is vibrant and uplifted, with a dry laser beam of acidity slicing through apples and pears that’s softened by a bit of sur lie aging. As the wine evolves, it crescendos to a finish of white blossoms and zesty lemon curd that settles into a delicate, ethereal vanilla bean that persists on the palate long after the last sip. A very drinkable, nay, quaffable Chard for your imbibing pleasure."

Lot 440 | 2023 Clarksburg Viognier
"Expressive nose of tangerine and white peach, interwoven with honeysuckle and yellow rose petals. On the palate, this wine is mouthwatering with vibrant acidity and supernova notes of mango, beeswax, and white florals leading into a kiss of spice. The finish is long, round, and beautiful, with toast and additional spice leading into uplifted peach resonance."

Lot 450 | 2022 Sonoma Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
"The wine draws you into the glass through intense aromas of dark fruit and cassis, intermingled with hints of herbs. A deep, focused palate contains richness and depth from start to finish, showcasing medium-grained integrated tannins and a medium acidity that strikes a fine balance between fruit and oak, with fruit overtaking spice from the barrel influence by the slightest of margins on the finish. Not brooding or overly tannic, the taste of black fruits resonates long after the last sip."
