Beautiful nose of fresh-peeled grapefruit and citrus blossoms with an herbaceous halo. The entry is expertly weighted, clean, and dry with noticeable saline qualities framed around medium+ grapefruited acidity sliced through by stoney minerality accented by dried thyme. The finish retains the wine’s dry character resonating with grapefruit pith umami accented by dried herb bouquet. Grillo is a perfect wine for fans of Pinot Grigio.
