"A lot of people think “sweet” when they think Riesling, but t’ain’t so. Those on the dryer side have a wonderful minerality and spice, and pair so well with food. This one was great with a spicy tilapia dish."

"We really enjoy this wine. It’s a light and dry wine with some minerality. Perfect summer patio wine but we enjoy it all year. We have not been disappointed with any of the wine varietals from Clare Valley."
