This wine comes from one of the most recognizable names in Napa, and under the original label the ’21 vintage garnered 92-points from James Suckling and sells for $600/case or $50/bottle. In our opinion the ’22 vintage is better with more elegance and complexity.

Captivating and elegant on the nose with immediate gooseberry, mango, dried herbs and lime gently overtoning wet stone minerality and citrus. The entry has a zesty spice accenting pear and tropical fruits with exceptional acidity leading into a clean, uplifted finish. From shellfish, to soft cheeses, to white sauce-based recipes, this is an exceptional accompaniment that stands equally as well on its own.
