Our next entry in the Spring Shiners series is a single-vineyard Rutherford expression shiner that even our shiner source is sworn to secrecy as prices are expected to be a minimum of $125/bottle under contract. Our source sells this for sub-$100/bottle, hence the vineyard removal, but we're getting you the exact same juice in the source bottles for under $45/bottle with our label.

Classic Rutherford with dusty dark cherries and a deeply rooted valley floor character of dried herbs and dark fruit with a dark core. The entry shows great concentration with exceptional structure. The long, dry finish is wrapped in crushed violet and vanilla bean umami that makes for an incredibly refined experience.
