2021 Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon

We’ve secured a small batch of Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon shiners (rated 93-96 points from major publications) directly from the cellars of a first-class Napa estate, and the only thing finer than the wine might be the savings. Lot 472 features an exquisite mountain Cabernet core with Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot blended in.

Sumptuous aromas of cassis, olive, graphite, and turned leaves halo a core of dark fruit, followed by raspberry and blackberry pie. The entry is dominated by dark fruit, with a swatch of leather, a kiss of iron, and forest floor creating a full-bodied experience lifted by stony minerality, medium+ acidity, and firm, ripe tannins. The finish is marked by incredible length and concentration, with seamless integration of barrel influence and dark fruits – a sublime showcase of a phenomenal vintage that’s just beginning to come into its own.
