Lot 501 is a 100% estate-grown, single-vineyard Pinot Noir crafted by a highly decorated winemaker whose understanding of Russian River’s nuances is second to none. Made with all the nines and highly sought after by industry and enthusiast collectors alike, this is a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir from 2023’s “vintage of a lifetime,” sourced from a legendary family that’s been a torchbearer for the region well over half a century (we can’t state the exact number of years for obvious reasons). Pinot lovers rejoice!

Bing cherries, blood orange, rose hips, and dried herbs envelop the nose. On the palate, strawberries and cherries are wrapped in tobacco leaf with a hint of potting soil, framed by medium+ acidity and small, dry, grippy tannins. The finish is enduring and barrel-kissed – uplifted spices accent vanilla bean with red berry umami. Perfect for the dinner table, perfect for holidays…perfect for just about any occasion.
