Lot 608 is a radiant, unoaked 100% single-vineyard showpiece from a long-established Sonoma stalwart. Crafted from older vines in some of the area’s most coveted terroir, the grapes possess natural concentration and electric acidity, which our source’s winemaker (who trained in, and continues to return to Burgundy) ushers into a Chardonnay of crystalline precision that’s nothing short of America's answer to Chablis. A gorgeous white wine abundant with tension and minerality, it’s been a staple of their pricey vineyard-designate program for decades.

Delicate-yet-resinous apples and starfruit dance across the nose, while secondary notes of peeled pear, dried herbs, and lemon oils halo the core. The palate is lithe and almost weightless, with delineated apple, pear, delicate spices, and citrus curd vying for your attention amidst balanced acidity and a solid minerality. The finish is uplifted with a hint of spice, trailed by notes of clean florals and wet stone with additional apple undertones.
