Sourced from a rugged ridge top at almost 2,000 feet of elevation, this fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc will make a terrific Spring-time sipper. The source winery sells this bottling for well over $20/bottle.
Pale-to-medium yellow in the glass. Gooseberry, passionfruit, green apple skins and white flowers soar from the glass with pear aromas providing a solid core. Fresh and lively on the palate with zesty apple and chalky acidity leading to a lingering finish that adds honeyed blossoms and pear notes. Clean, pure and zippy with excellent balance throughout. Spring in a bottle.
