The nose is equally brilliant showing banana cream, white peach and nectarine notes with a perfectly meshed with a beautiful jasmine flower, meringue, marshmallow aromatic halo. Its viscous and substantial on entry. On the palate its beautifully knit together, perfectly balanced and seamless with a rich velvety texture. Imagine nectarines over banana creme brulee in a long, lingering finish. This fantastic Chardonnay exhibits textural density without heaviness.
Produced with 100% estate fruit from the originating wineries Oak Knoll vineyard.
Aged in 15 months in 40% new French oak.
