2018 Knights Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Pale-to-medium straw in the glass. Fume-style. The aromas are gorgeous...ripe pineapple and musky honeydew/guava are haloed by a lemon cream, marshmallow fluff and little white fig. Fantastic fruit/acid tension on the palate with pretty citrus flavors melding with the ripe pineapple richness brought on by barrel-fermentation, battonage and 20+ months of barrel-ageing. Lip-smacking and lengthy finish just goes on and on...
