Smooth and delicious
"One of my favorite bottles and regions. I wish my wine vocabulary was more sophisticated, but all I can say is that this was a winner, through and through."

Another great Washington Cab
"Not sure I agree with others that compare to Caymus or a cocktail wine. I found it very well balanced and integrated. Dark fruited , yes, but a nice streak of spice and acidity. Pop n pour ready."

Just Delicious !!
"I've purchased this 4 times and think that this is just a delicious wine at a fantastic price. Dark ruby red in the glass, lots a dark fruit aromas, a bit of "heft" to this wine that gives it richness. Nice tannins so it's well balanced for my tastes. A great food wine - although not too shabby as a solo drinker either. Very happy to have a stash of this wine (which is quickly diminishing)."

Classic Champoux Vineyard, what a buy!
"92 points 12/22/2023 Nose of dark cherry cassis, a hint of vanilla and leather. Palate is warm and inviting, finely grained tannins, good structure, rounded edges suggests Merlot influence maybe? Finish is long and luscious. This wine will improve but drinking well now with an hour or two slow ox. May not have the acidity needed for extra long aging, but will last 10 years easily. Thanks to Marjie K for suggesting I buy this on wineberserkers."

Champoux and Phinney Hill Fruit
"For those in the know these vineyards produce some amazing fruit. This wine shows very well with plum and cherry notes and a dark chocolate finish. A great deal on a great wine."

Another great cab value from deNogoce
"I get a little cherry, a bit of vanilla, a little bitterness, and a bit of heat. Great with hearty meats (short ribs tonight). Tannins are still forward, so more of a food wine at this point in its life. But a good glass on its own if you're a cab fan. The edges soften as the bottle goes down, so will probably age for a few more years."

Full Bodied. Should age well
"Aromatics of black cherry, creme de cassis and sweet oak spice. Full-bodied, ripe and and plush on the palate with nice intensity of fruit and moderate tannins. Great value."
